Senior IT Project Manager

Gross salary range is 3500 – 5500 EUR/month

What will make you successful in this role?
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and a strong understanding of project management lifecycles
  • Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, or Trello for backlog management, time-tracking, resource allocation, and budget control
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with a proven track record of building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams
  • Experience in managing project documentation according to company standards and Agile principles
  • Demonstrated fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Lithuanian language: native or bilingual
  • Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to deliver clear and concise presentations for audiences of varying technical backgrounds.
  • Highly adaptable and thrives in fast-paced environments. We seek a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a demonstrated ability to tackle complex challenges by thinking outside the box and developing innovative solutions
  • Quick learner with a strong grasp of subject matter, able to understand technical concepts effectively
  • Experience in market research and analysis to assess project feasibility and market potential
  • Strategic planning skills to develop and manage project roadmaps aligned with business objectives
Nice to have:
  • Experience in managing Research and Development (R&D) projects (in Lithuanian language “MTEP projektai”: Demonstrated ability to lead complex R&D initiatives, from ideation to implementation, including managing research teams, securing funding, and ensuring project success
  • Proven project management expertise: A strong track record of applying established project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.) in a technology-focused environment. Familiarity with a variety of approaches ensures flexibility and adaptability to different project needs
  • Experience in the tech industry: Prior experience working in a software development, technology consulting, or similar tech-driven company. This background provides valuable insights into industry best practices, challenges, and emerging trends
  • Technical acumen: A solid understanding of software development lifecycles, common development methodologies, and key technologies. This allows for effective communication and collaboration with technical teams
