About role

Corner Case Technologies is developing an innovative AI system that analyzes smart device data to provide personalized health and fitness recommendations. This solution automatically generates objective wellness and sports plans tailored to individual user needs, allowing for progress tracking and a focus on healthy lifestyles. You, as a Product Owner, will have the opportunity to work on this cutting-edge AI and IoT solution that will make a real impact on people's lives.

What will you do?

  • Contribute to creating and improving the product, ensuring it meets user needs and market trends
  • Act as a bridge between all shareholders and the product. You will be conducting research with the target audience, creating user personas, and testing hypotheses. You will own the product roadmap, which you will adapt based on market analysis and user research. You will prioritise growth opportunities
  • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for e-commerce platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Lead product development (Agile), scientific, marketing and content teams to deliver the product’s vision
  • Provide vision and direction to the Agile development team
  • Conduct risk assessment analysis (retrospectives) for projects and implement changes supporting continuous improvements
  • Manage the working relationship with scientists (contract) working on data analysis from IoT devices
  • Collaborate with team leads, including AI, IT, and business development specialists, to ensure smooth teamwork and alignment
  • Communicate the company's vision and strategic goals to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop and update the product vision and roadmap based on user research, market analysis, and feedback
  • Set project goals for our development and design teams and come up with plans to meet those goals
  • Organise user surveys, gather product feedback and monitor the testing of IoT device integrations
  • Ensure the project is executed on time and within budget, meeting funding requirements
  • Work closely with partners, including "Spike Technologies Lithuania," to achieve the project goals

  • Strategic problem solver: sharp analytical skills, data-driven decision making and creative thinking
  • Clear communicator: the ability to get answers to the questions that matter, effective translation of technical concepts to a non-technical audience
  • Transparent reporting: Be able to take complex project data (progress, issues, risks) and present it in a way that's easily understood by various audiences (technical teams, management, investors, etc.) regarding the project deliverables, deadlines, and etc.
  • Experience in product management or project leadership (experience in technology, e-commerce or healthcare solutions is a plus)
  • Basic IoT and wearable devices knowledge (understanding signal data processing is a bonus)
  • Proactiveness, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with specialists from various fields
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to plan tasks to achieve long-term goals
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager
  • Degree in Computer Science or Entrepreneurship or similar relevant field
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile processes and principles
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage the project during all its stages - from initiation to closure
  • Fluent in English and Lithuanian
  • Ability to describe tasks (documentation) for a team of programmers and designers
  • Ability to use the Jira project management system or equivalent
